Course objective:

To acquire the skills and knowledge to provide massage that is both safe and effective to any person, with any type of cancer, at any stage of treatment and beyond.More than a niche, being oncology massage-aware is essential for working with the growing number of our clients impacted by cancer and its treatments.

Learning outcomes:

Using a format that is both engaging and focused on active learning, Janet addresses key elements of working with people with cancer and the often complex long-lasting side effects of treatment. This class creates scenarios to prepare therapists for the real-world implications of working with this population.
