This unique From the Neck Up™ course, is designed to elevate manual therapists skill set with the treatment of the tongue, voice an swallowing, and reflect the importance of thorough treatment for patients with dysfunction & symptoms of these areas/functions. This course delves into neck & tongue functional assessments, anterior neck treatment, joint & laryngeal mobilizations, floor of mouth and tongue techniques. With a focus on palpation (both from and on the instructor), assessment, and clinical reasoning for the treatment of the tongue, voice and swallowing, this course is perfect for anyone who is interested in helping this demographic of patients and elevating their practice.

2 days in-person

  5. coaching during the course on landmarking, variations of pressure, ergonomics, and communication
