Your work as an RMT is meaningful, but it can also leave you feeling drained and at risk of burnout. This webinar introduces Regulate, Rewire, Rise, a practical framework rooted in neuroplasticity, mindfulness-based CBT, and compassion practices. You’ll discover how subconscious patterns like perfectionism and over-responsibility quietly drive stress, and learn tools to reset and restore balance.

In this interactive session  you will:
• Practice the Tap Into Your H.E.A.R.T. technique, a self-care method to pause, tune into your body, offer compassion, restore safety, and choose your next step with clarity
• Explore how to rewire unhelpful stress patterns using evidence-based practices drawn from mindfulness and self-compassion research
• Learn strategies to rise into greater resilience by sustaining your energy, setting healthy boundaries, and protecting your career longevity

You’ll leave with practical tools you can use right away to feel more grounded, resilient, and confident—in your practice and in your life.

Please note: this session is focused on self-care techniques for massage therapists’ own well-being and is not intended for use with clients.
